 Tastes of the Bay at the 2010  festival.

Experience the exquisite taste of famous Hervey Bay seafood harvested from the waters of the Fraser Coast at the inaugural Tastes of the Bay on  the August 15^th Fraser Lions Hervey Bay Seafood Festival.

Celebrity Chef Andrew Mirosch of Restaurant Lurleens at Sirromet Mt.Cotton Winery has designed a menu around the iconic Hervey Bay scallops , spectacular deepwater king prawns from the Swains Reef, sweet Moreton Bay Bugs and succulent spanner crabs.

Sustainably harvested by the local commercial fishing fleet. Executive Chef Andrew Mirosch invites you to experience these Tastes of the Bay.
