Wide Bay Australia International Airshow 2011 - three days of aviation action in July, 2011.
Bundaberg Airport, Queensland will be the host of this spectacular three day event! Friday is dedicated to trade. This will included demonstrating the workhorses of aviation doing what they are designed to do: short take off and landings; slow flight; maximum cargo capacity; and training aircraft. On Saturday and Sunday, the skies come alive with the very best of aviation displays, including aerobatics, warbirds, jets, formation flying, ground attack simulations, agricultural flying, heli-mustering and flying novelty acts.
Throughout the event joy flights and static displays of some of the finest aircraft to take to the skies will be available to enrich your aviation experience.
On the ground there will be live music, outdoor broadcasts, vintage and interesting machinery and of course aircraft. Food and drinks for will be available for the whole family from a wide range of boutique vendors. This is the largest general aviation airshow in Australia and will delight and thrill aviation enthusiasts both young and old!
We are currently negotiating with Australia's top three aerobatic pilots who be performing world class aerobatic displays. There will be ample viewing room for all visitors, gold passes and chalets are available.
