Rail services are provided by Queensland Rail (QR) and include travel on the Sunlander or Tilt Train services. Rail services are provided to Maryborough, with connecting QR bus service to Hervey Bay.
Bus services operate to and within Hervey Bay. Hervey Bay is a stop point for all major bus companies including McCafferty’s, Greyhound & Premier Motor Company. As the Bay is a popular and renowned destination for Backpackers, there are regular coach arrivals and departures daily.
All of this is within easy reach of Brisbane, the Gold and Sunshine Coasts, Fraser Island and Central Queensland.
