Meeting with the Mayor
Holiday Hervey Bay members took up the opportunity to meet the Fraser Coast Regional Council Mayor - Mick Kruger on Friday 24 July 2009
3 members of Holiday Hervey Bay Inc undertook an information briefing with the Mayor for the Fraser Coast Regional Council - Cr Mick Kruger to showcase the marketing and promotional efforts of the Association.
Mayor Mick was made aware of the Association websites - www.holidayherveybay.com.au and www.herveybaywhalewatching.org.au , as well as our print media destination marketing such as JASONS travel media guide, AAA Tourism Accommodation Guide, Plush Magazine feature, Hervey Bay destination brochure, stickers and recent activities including our presence at the Bundaberg Air Show.
We look forward to working with the elected Mayor Mick to ensure the sustainability and prosperity of Tourism in Hervey Bay.
